After a grueling battle royale, the most moe character to take the top place is none other than...

Kagami Hiiragi of Lucky Star!

Not surprisingly, her twin sister, Tsukasa Hiiragi came out as second. Wow. Twin moe-awesomeness. Wonder where Konata went though.. nowhere to be seen in the chart.
